VAEA supports, including by funding the conduct of activities such as exhibitions, performance, publication, distribution and dissemination of works and information regarding, visual and performing arts in and of both countries, and by providing funding and other support to individuals and organizations including domestic tax-exempt and foreign charitable organizations and otherwise to support and conduct activities in furtherance of VAEA purposes.<\/p>\n

If you wish to be considered, please submit a letter of enquiry no longer than one page.<\/p>\n The creation of new artworks in all mediums and disciplines.<\/p>\n VAEA\u2019s grants for artists range between $500.00 and $5,000.00. This notification is sent to the e-mail address of the person designated as the contact on the Application.<\/p>\n Grant Contract<\/strong><\/p>\n Grantees receive a Grant Contract that details the grant awarded. The Grant Contract is a binding legal agreement that requires the grantee to carry out certain activities or provide services, paid for, in part, with funding received from VAEA.<\/p>\n Noncompliance with the terms of the Grant Contract may require the return of funds.<\/p>\n Crediting The Venezuelan American Endowment for the Arts<\/strong><\/p>\n Grantees are required to acknowledge funding from VAEA. Therefore it is stipulated in the Grant Contract that grantees must credit VAEA in press releases, advertisements, programs, and other materials offered to the public. For this purpose VAEA\u2019s logo can be downloaded on VAEA\u2019s Contact page.<\/p>\n Final Reports<\/strong><\/p>\n All grantees are required to submit a Final Report for each grant received from VAEA. The Final Report must be received by the required deadline, should demonstrate compliance with the terms of the Grant Contract, and must be approved by VAEA.
