Primarily focused on oil and aquarelle paintings, his art resembles Cubism, Dadaism and Surrealism of Post Avant-garde IIWW. He has received various international honorary recognitions, including Venezuelan <i>Premio Nacional de las Artes Pl\u00e1sticas<\/i> in 1952.
