Operational guidance for donors and VAEA staff to help identify, reference and reconcile contributions to the campaign.
Donation channels
Several channels can be used to support the program.

| PayPal | Use VAEA’s secure PayPal donation channel when confirmed by VAEA. |
| VAEA Donation Page | Use VAEA’s official donation page if preferred by the donor. |
| Zelle / Venmo | Use the verified VAEA donation account information provided by VAEA. |
| Wire transfer | Request banking instructions by email before sending funds. |
Reconciliation
How VAEA identifies donations for this campaign.
Because several VAEA initiatives may receive funds through shared payment channels, each donor should complete the donation reference form after giving or include the campaign reference where possible.

This helps VAEA match donor name, date, estimated amount, method and transaction notes with records from PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, wire transfer or bank statements.
