Tiempos de Dictadura, tries to condese the last decade of military rule in the country (1948-1958), not only in the the historical and political aspects, but also offers a glimpse of how life was in Venezuela at the time. Director Carlos Oteyza, a specialist in historical documents has pulled off a feat in combining archive material that was unseen by many with a series of interviews of many important figures of the time.
