Biography:
Studied Sculpture at UNEARTE School of Fine Arts, 2007-2011. In 2009 is awarded First Prize in Ceramic Sculpture in the Salón Nacional de las Artes del fuego, in Caracas Venezuela. In spite of his youth, his work is already part of important private and public collections, among others: Banco Mercantil, Ateneo de Valencia, and Cultura Chacao). Ochoa has been honored with several sculpture awards and a First Place in Drawing. He has had three solo exhibits and has been in many group exhibits in several Venezuelan cities. His first solo exhibit was in June 2012 in Bogota, Colombia and his work was purchased by important Colombian. His work is broader than Ceramic Sculpture, he is known in Venezuela by his artistic street interventions and performances. In May of the present year, he would show his work in his fourth solo exhibit at the Galeria Gsiete, Caracas Venezuela, and at the end of this year, another solo show will feature his work in Maracaibo, Venezuela. Currently Ochoa lives and works Caracas.
