HAPPY NEW YEAR FROM VAEA
As 2022 — a year of perseverance — comes to an end, we want to look ahead and welcome 2023 as a year of hope and important achievements for our mission in the arts and education.
A world of limitless possibilities opens up through artistic expression.
In difficult times, the arts are a source of hope and inspiration. At VAEA we will continue our mission of directly supporting artists and organizations in Venezuela and The United States of America, while we move forward with our plans to grow and further expand our impact.
The Venezuelan American Endowment for the Arts supports the arts and the artist creators who are “… those who are passionately dedicated to the search of new ‘epiphanies’ of beauty so that through their creative work as artists they may offer these as gifts to the world.” (*)
These new year pages are blank. We hope to be able to fill them with new accomplishments together.
We thank all who are making our mission possible and supporting our foundation in many ways.
Through VAEA’s humble contribution to society, and together with so many other nonprofits, we are all working to create a better world.
“Crear un siglo de humanismo en el que todos puedan brillar”
Happy New Year from The Venezuelan American Endowment for the Arts.

VAEA starts a fundraising campaign to build and inaugurate in 2023.
Monumentos de Hermandad
VAEA has launched a project of installing large format sculptures by Venezuelan artists as a gesture of gratitude to those countries that have received with open arms millions of immigrants during these difficult times.
Starting in Colombia, where Alejandro Otero’s Ala Solar will be restored as a symbol of friendship and gratitude to the country that has received and granted legal status to several millions of Venezuelans.
For more information visit monumentosdehermandad.org
The VAEA Bratter Padrino Program sends aid to Venezuelan artists in need of additional support for their careers. We currently have 75 new applicants that require funding.
